OUR CLASSES

LONGEVITY BARRE

Tone, strengthen and lengthen your legs, arms, core, and glutes -- total body work! Awakening muscles you didn't even know you had and leaving energized and transformed. Moving your body through full range movements and isometric holds, which means that you’ll be isolating a muscle group and going through a series of micro-movements while stretching the opposite side of the body. No impact and perfect for all fitness levels. 


BARRE IN THE USA

A unique blend of authentic American barre will take you moving your body through a full range of movements and isometric holds, you’ll be isolating a muscle group and going through a series of micro-movements, you’ll exhaust the muscle and force it to change its shape and build strength. This is called eccentric training which keeps energy costs low. No impact and is perfect for all fitness levels. 


BARRE EXPRESS

Short on time? Enjoy this powerful 45-minute class that provides a full-body workout in less time than our full 60-minute classes.


BARRE MOVES

Move and stretch, focusing on the longevity barre technique to improve mobility and joint flexibility. Modifications are provided for all body types. Relaxing class with an energetic feel to leave you feeling more mobile and able to tackle your daily tasks with a great sense of ease.


MAT PILATES

Mat Pilates is a challenging yet safe method to lengthen and sculpt your body, increase flexibility, improve posture, achieve more efficient movement, and deepen mind/body connection. Combine these benefits with a fun and supportive environment that can be tailored to all fitness levels and you have our Pilates class! This class truly embodies the idea of longevity by encouraging strength and confidence at any stage of life, and for years to come. 




Naomi

OWNER & BARRE INSTRUCTOR

Naomi began her healing journey with barre after having her second child in 2015. She fell in love with the tiny, controlled movements that build strength and length, while also being gentle on the joints! Making it her mission to learn more about these magical exercises she started to learn the history behind the creation of barre by Lotte Berk which has continued on through her daughter Esther Fairfax. Longevity Barre was born through this passion for sharing this technique with others to create longevity in your life. Now Naomi loves bringing the joy of barre to the studio. Naomi has trained with The London Method, who are creating a legacy of Lotte and Esther's work to share with the world. Naomi has also studied the American barre fusion using light weights, core work, and total body strengthening and toning. Having practiced as a Physical Therapist Assistant for 11 years, Naomi understands the importance of injury prevention and proper body alignment to engage your core through all planes of motion.

Madison

BARRE INSTRUCTOR


Madison began her barre journey at Pure Barre in Athens, Georgia while attending the University of Georgia. She loved the low impact, but challenge that each move provided. Madison has a background in dance as well as a bachelor’s degree in exercise and sport science. She recently graduated with her doctorate in physical therapy. So I guess you could say she LOVES exercise. Although she personally loves to be active, she also loves motivating others to be active and can’t wait to share her passion for barre with her community. She can’t want to meet you at the barre.

Rachel

MAT PILATES INSTRUCTOR


Finding a way to strengthen both physical and mental health is a passion for Rachel, and sparked her love for Pilates. Fitness has been a part of Rachel’s life from a young age, but after having her son in 2020 she was amazed at the way these small, intentional movements quickly rebuilt her strength. While this was great, the benefits of Pilates didn’t stop there! As she continued to train toward her certification she also fell in love with the mind-body connection and noticed changes in everything from her mood to her confidence and even her posture. As a full-time mental health counselor, Rachel is committed to helping those around her build their self-esteem, manage stressors, and care for themselves from the inside out. Pilates is the perfect combination of these skills, amazing strength training, and a whole lot of fun. She can’t wait to cheer you on as you discover these benefits for yourself!
